How do I sign up?

There are no contracts to sign and it takes mere minutes to signup and get the website live on your domain.

  1. Simply pick a package and signup.
  2. Tell us which Ticket Exchange your new website will be setup on.
  3. Pick a template for your new TicketPlatform website
  4. We do the rest by contacting your picked Ticket Exchange and get your API information
  5. We install your website, move over your logo, colors, about us and various other pages and information.
  6. You or we change your arecord on your DNS.

That is it! The whole process takes 30 minutes to a few hours with your part taking 5-15 minutes tops.

Can I host the website myself?

No, we host all our own sites. Like Shopfy, we host them. Even if we allowed you to host the site yourself you could need heavy duty expensive hosting. Then you would have to pay us to install it, no lifetime free updates and no support.

Which Ticket Exchanges do you work with?

Our websites have an Exchange Toggle and you can switch anytime. They work with TicketNetwork, TicketEvolution, VividSeats and AutoProcessor.

Do I own my website?

You own a license to our software and you can use it as long as you pay for the monthly service fee. Like Shopify or your domain name.

How do I get support?

We provide support to all our customers. If your support request is a Emergency and after-hours then call our after-hours Emergency support line. 

Where do I get Emergency support?
All support is handled through our HelpDesk
 
But if your website is down, order system or cart is broken then you simply call our 24/7 Emergency Support at 281-392-9693 ext 104 and leave a voicemail. If it is not a supported Emergency support then you could be billed.
How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you come back after 90 days you will have to pay a reactivation fee and your monthly fee will be the current rate. Not the rate you canceled at. 

I don't care about sales from my website, do I need a website?

YES! Your website is the face of your business and why on earth would you want your DIRECT competitor, the Ticket Exchanges owning your website? 99% of the Ticket Brokers we handle don't care about retail sales of their website. 

How much Downtime does your hosting have?

We have over a 99.99% uptime over a period of a year! Our uptime is better than the Ticket Exchanges!

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer the lowest possible cost. So discounts are rare, but when they do happen you can find them here.

Does your Platform work with social media?

Yes, complete integration and linking. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and MANY others!

Can you update my website for me?

Absolutely, we can keep your website updated to the latest for a fee.
