It used to be a company owned by Amir Khalighi. He ran it for years until going out of business during Covid-19. At that time we purchased the domain, not the business from him. We use it as a product name, like ticketCMS.com and to help ex-TicketPlatform customers to find ATBS / ticketCMS.
We have never been the same company, we did not merge. We were direct competitors.
We provide support via a HelpDesk. If your support request is a Emergency and after-hours then call our after-hours Emergency support line.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you come back after 90 days you will have to pay a reactivation fee and your monthly fee will be the current rate. Not the rate you canceled at.
